📋 Description

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly payrolls by local service providers for EMEA-based clients • Respond to enquiries from clients, providers, or colleagues regarding payrolls • Communicate between clients and Payroll Providers regarding payrolls • Check monthly payroll reports from Payroll Providers • Ensure all timelines are met • Regularly report back to the EMEA Payroll Supervisor • Recommend departmental-specific procedures and implement approved procedures • Deliver QA compliance and process

• Excellent time management, administration skills and attention to detail • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines • Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, email and internet • Strong communication and collaboration skills
