📋 Description

• Support Managers with client engagement, ensuring information is accurate and provided on time • Provide support and guidance for implementations and go-lives • Provide daily functional support to teams for successful payroll delivery • Maintain the Client Solution workbook • Update, maintain, and enforce Defined Work Instructions and other process documentation • Ensure and sign off system maintenance testing • Review Statements of Work before client sharing • Resolve technical and functional issues escalated from the team and ensure defects are correctly reported and ticketed • Work with Operational Management, Transformation, and Products on automation, innovation, and continuous improvement • Manage the legislation roadmap and upskill the team on upcoming changes • Support year-end activities • Identify upsell opportunities • Support management with client escalations and lessons learned • Upskill and develop team members through training and coaching • Adhere to NGA Security Standards • Complete time recording accurately and on time • Contribute to team meetings and promptly raise issues to the Operations Manager • Stay current with NGA HR announcements and communications • Build relationships across lines of business • Participate in assigned projects and activities

🎯 Requirements

• Current and future work authorization in the employing country without visa sponsorship by Strada • Ability to recognize and appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information • Ability to support payroll implementations, go-lives, and successful payroll delivery • Ability to resolve escalated technical and functional issues and document defects with evidence • Ability to manage legislation changes and update processes • Ability to deliver training and coaching to team members • Adherence to NGA Security Standards • Accurate and timely time recording • Successful completion of applicable background checks, where permitted by law
