📋 Description

• Manage all payroll activities according to the monthly payroll calendar and submit payroll figures each month. • Ensure payrolls comply with French legislation and statutory requirements. • Reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure the accuracy of information before processing payroll. • Investigate discrepancies in payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures before processing. • Validate payroll outputs. • Maintain payroll information, files, and records to provide an up-to-date reference and an audit trail for compliance. • Analyze payroll-related data to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll payments. • Prepare monthly payroll reports and upload them to the CP platform. • Collaborate with the Implementation team to ensure a successful handover of new payrolls to the in-house team.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English and French is essential (English level: B2). • Expert knowledge of local legal requirements, statutory forms, and reporting. • Advanced expertise in complex payrolls (BIK, stock options/RSU, non-residents, court orders, etc.). • Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing at a specialist level. • Proficient with business software: Excel, Word, email applications, and other Microsoft apps. • Strong decision-making skills and a forward-thinking approach; able to plan and organize own workload. • Knowledge of TeamsRH software would be advantageous. • Experience working in an international environment is a plus.
