📋 Description

• Support Coats Group entities on FP&A and provide requisite information to the Finance Business Partner and Managing Director • Support the Apparel leadership team, COE function, and FP&A leads across respective units • Manage monthly account closing, BCS submissions, consolidated results reporting, and reporting packs • Respond to ad-hoc FP&A requests and queries • Review and conduct iterative financial modelling to provide insights • Support controls, Capex monitoring, cost allocation deep dives, and variance analysis • Coordinate and support internal and external audits • Structure and support Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan, and forecasting processes • Review entity performance, summarize key issues, and communicate them to management • Consolidate plans, budgets, and forecasts for Coats Group entities • Develop a consistent budgeting and forecasting approach across units • Lead the monthly direct cash flow forecast process • Guide AMC pricing for change requests • Work with Customer Success to preserve and grow annual recurring revenue • Perform financial analyses aligned with Coats's financial objectives and metrics • Analyze collection activity trends and actual-versus-forecast cash flow • Prepare monthly operational support packs for forecast-versus-actual discussions • Create detailed business reviews to communicate business performance • Participate in FP&A meetings and workgroups to improve efficiencies • Conduct regular team meetings and communicate business and team performance • Build relationships with Group and Cluster offices • Coach and develop Cluster FP&A teams and roll out best-practice tools and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Chartered Accountant qualification • Minimum 5 years of professional experience • Analytical and logical thinking skills • Advanced Excel setup and presentation skills • Adequate SAP system knowledge • Power BI and other technology tools knowledge • Ability to drive transformational change • English proficiency • Emotional intelligence • Sense of urgency and speed • Responsiveness and proactiveness • Communication and ability to challenge • Collaboration and influencing skills • Conflict management and stakeholder management • Team-building ability
