📋 Description

• Work through a warm outreach campaign of approximately 2,400 existing members using a 10–12 touch cadence per contact • Identify upsell opportunities, such as pitching a higher-priced product to existing members • Manage leads and pipeline stages in Nutshell CRM using provided lists, templates, and scripts • Set appointments toward a target conversion rate of 5–10% appointments set and approximately 15–20% of those closed • Support cross-sell and upsell efforts across all four product lines to grow revenue and market excitement • Re-engage contacts on quarterly renewal cycles • Expand outreach into the broader 424,000+ contact database

🎯 Requirements

• Strong English communication skills • Sales-oriented mindset, hunger, and drive • Comfortable on Zoom with good presence for outreach calls • Great English communication skills • Prior SDR or outbound sales experience • Familiarity with CRM tools and structured cadence-based outreach • Nutshell CRM experience • Ability to work full-time, 40 hours/week • Enter a CEFR English proficiency level in the application form • Create a Coconut VA profile/resume following the required template • Resume must be in English • Record a 1-minute introduction video, preferably using Loom • Provide the video link in the application • Broken or dummy video links result in disqualification • Available to work in the PDT time zone
