📋 Description

• Conduct warm outreach to approximately 2,400 existing members using a 10–12 touch cadence per contact • Identify and pitch upsell opportunities, including higher-priced products • Manage leads and pipeline stages in Nutshell CRM • Set appointments and work toward stated appointment and close conversion targets • Support cross-sell and upsell efforts across four product lines • Re-engage contacts quarterly during renewal cycles • Expand outreach over time to the broader 424,000+ contact database

🎯 Requirements

• Work through a warm outreach campaign of ~2,400 existing members with a 10–12 touch cadence per contact • Identify upsell opportunities • Manage leads and pipeline stages through Nutshell CRM using provided lists, templates, and scripts • Set appointments with a target conversion rate of 5–10% appointment set, ~15–20% of those closed • Support cross-sell and upsell across all four product lines • Re-engage contacts on renewal cycles quarterly and work into the broader 424,000+ contact database • Great English communication skills • Prior SDR or outbound sales experience • Familiarity with CRM tools and structured cadence-based outreach • Strong English communication skills • Sales-oriented mindset • Comfortable on Zoom • Nutshell CRM experience
