📋 Description

• Pull raw video content from Google Drive and repurpose it into platform-specific assets, including reels, long-form content, and posts • Upload content to YouTube • Create short- and long-form reels for Instagram and Facebook • Create screen grabs and formatted LinkedIn posts using an appropriate platform tone • Write captions with a strong brand voice, emotional resonance, wordplay, humor, and audience awareness • Handle occasional graphic design projects for print media and formatted assets using the provided brand guide • Potentially perform light administrative tasks, report running, and general operations support • Bring content ideas independently and anticipate next steps

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written English; captions must resonate with a high-income Northern Virginia audience • Ability to understand wordplay and brand humor • Coachable and able to quickly apply feedback with visible improvement • Proactive, anticipating next steps and independently bringing content ideas • Experience with Instagram Edits, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Google Drive • TikTok experience is nice-to-have • Personal brand management experience is good to have • Genuine interest in social media creation and content • Must complete the English proficiency rating in the application • Resume must follow the Coconut VA Profile format and be written in English • Must submit a one-minute introduction video, preferably via Loom, with a working link • Availability for 20 hours per week, from 12–4pm ET • Part-time or full-time availability
