📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Founders Office team and the Head of Operations to develop and implement business strategies and growth initiatives • Support project management across various business areas • Ensure project objectives are achieved and deadlines are met • Conduct market and competitive analyses • Prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making • Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and ensure quality • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders • Represent the Head of Operations in meetings • Support ad hoc requests and day-to-day operational tasks • Gain insights into business management and strategy development, as well as comprehensive startup experience

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, management, engineering, sustainability, or a comparable field • Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform data-driven analyses of complex issues • Initial experience in project management, ideally in a dynamic or fast-growing environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English • High degree of initiative and flexibility • Willingness to take on responsibility in a rapidly changing environment • Strong interest in startups, business models, and sustainable growth
