📋 Description

• Support the platform and existing solution to jointly reach the next level • Develop JYMMiN into a partner for major brands in the rehabilitation sector • Collaborate with the team, partners, investors and musicians worldwide • Revise existing solutions and bring them to market • Own strategically important projects from ideation through prototyping to operational implementation and iteration • Optimize parts of the value chain through continuous process improvement • Define and implement business infrastructure to create the foundation for strong growth • Collaborate with scientific and business stakeholders • Analyze markets to identify customer- and market-specific needs

🎯 Requirements

• Motivated, proactive and forward-thinking work style • Passion for impact, music, fitness and health • Enrolled student or already completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent qualification • Possibly first professional experience; experience in consulting, investment banking or high-growth startups is not required • Good organizational and interpersonal skills • Analytical and pragmatic working style with strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently and take responsibility • Very good German and English skills • Availability for 2 to 6 months • Mandatory internship for students • Experience in the healthcare sector is a strong advantage
