📋 Description

• Manage several projects and ensure they are completed with good results • Research, manage, and organize project activities • Lead projects from inception to completion through planning and strategic execution • Monitor project progress and set deadlines • Coordinate communication between teams and department heads • Identify solutions and make decisive actions to resolve obstacles • Deliver projects that meet or exceed quality and results expectations • Actively engage in every aspect of the project lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in project management, or in customer service with an emphasis on problem-solving • Proficiency in contemporary web tools and technologies such as Zapier, Linear, and Google Docs • Proficiency in English, covering both written and verbal communication • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational skills and analytical thinking • Preference for pragmatism over idealism • Ability to adapt, manage various tasks, and prioritize • Proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to tackle challenges head-on
