• Bring great people into CodePath who will accelerate our work to make opportunity as evenly distributed as talent for people pursuing software engineering careers • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to raise the quality of candidates in the interview pipeline • Execute strategies to identify, attract, and engage the best talent across sourcing, referrals, first-round screening, and more • Use AI tooling across the recruiting workflow to compress time-to-offer without lowering the bar • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience with high-touch coordination • Operate comfortably with ambiguity and build structure where it is needed
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of talent engagement experience in a fast-paced startup environment • Comfort using AI tools in your own work, and a point of view on where they help recruiting and where human judgment has to stay in the loop • Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
