📋 Description

• Retain and develop ongoing relationships between Coface and key clients and intermediaries • Maximize revenue and retention of profitable clients • Serve as a product reference and problem solver for prospects and clients • Handle client negotiations and develop positive, professional interaction strategies • Build strong customer relationships through regular proactive communication • Determine effective coverage for client needs and administer pricing tools for bids • Prepare and present sales proposals and renewal offers • Demonstrate Coface offerings and execute cross-selling strategies • Proactively manage renewals and address risks or vulnerabilities • Coordinate policy renewals, contractual documentation, and regulatory compliance • Forecast and track client account metrics • Identify opportunities to grow existing client business • Coordinate staff working on the same account and collaborate with sales teams • Service multiple clients concurrently and maintain transaction records • Articulate market conditions and Coface’s value proposition versus competitors • Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activity, and potential products or services • Maintain relationships with intermediaries to increase client retention

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • At least three (3) years of administrative experience in a credit insurance, banking, claims, or factoring organization would be beneficial • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Word, Excel • P&C Insurance license a plus, or ability to pass licensing course 60 days from hire date • Candidates residing in the Eastern or Central Time Zones are preferred
