📋 Description

• Supervise, plan and coordinate the release management process • Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between development teams, quality assurance, product management, and other stakeholders • Create and manage detailed release plans, including the coordination of resources, schedules, and dependencies • Continuously review and improve existing release processes, while introducing new tools and methods • Work closely with the QA team to ensure that quality standards are met and maintained throughout the release cycle • Identify and manage risks and issues that could impact the release process • Coordinate communication with stakeholders, including providing regular status reports and conducting release readiness reviews • Build and maintain robust relationships with a wide network of stakeholders across various geographies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree and/or working experience of at least 4 years in IT and release management • Proven experience in release management, software development, or IT operations • Deep understanding of software development, deployment pipelines, and relevant tools (e.g. Jira, GitHub, etc.) • Experience working closely with QA teams, with a solid understanding of quality assurance and testing processes • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly articulate technical details • Experienced in conflict resolution addressing team challenges and strong decision-making abilities • Skill in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies • Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
