📋 Description

• In this varied role, you will work closely with the German team and with our international colleagues, particularly in the Greater China region. • You will advise management on communication initiatives and translate our brand and strategy into effective internal and external communications. • Your responsibilities will range from international coordination to managing and overseeing corporate identity and corporate design, as well as maintaining and expanding various communication platforms and media. • You will conceive and deliver internal employee events such as summer parties and Christmas celebrations. • You will also be responsible for drafting and publishing press releases and for corporate writing to communicate our brand message clearly and consistently. • You will contribute to all communication materials such as agency presentations, client references, and awards, and collaborate on the conception, planning, and implementation of measures for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant completed degree with a focus on PR and communications • Several years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably on the agency side • You bring a broad range of skills and interests—whether copywriting, a feel for design and digital, or an eye for creative and feasible solutions • Strong understanding of the corporate social media landscape • Ability to write confident, effective PR copy in German and English • Proficient with image and video editing software (Adobe Creative Cloud) • Strong communication skills enabling constructive collaboration with a wide range of disciplines and personalities • Enjoy working in an international team and engaging closely with internal company departments • Active network, contacts with freelancers and the press • Very good German and English language skills; Chinese is a plus — CV welcome in English
