📋 Description

• Manage the administration of real estate lease agreements, tracking terms, adjustments, renewals, and documentation • Serve as the focal point for relationships with landlords, real estate agencies, and internal departments regarding contractual matters • Support the oversight and monitoring of Facilities contracts, especially cleaning, security desk/reception, and related services • Respond to business unit requests related to Facilities and real estate contracts • Prepare and update administrative controls, management reports, and databases • Support the development and monitoring of the department’s key performance indicators (KPIs) • Monitor payments, adjustments, and contractual obligations, ensuring deadlines are met • Conduct basic analyses of costs, expenses, and process improvement opportunities • Organize contract documentation and keep records up to date in systems and internal controls • Support projects focused on continuous improvement of administrative, real estate, and Facilities processes

🎯 Requirements

• Excel training or coursework • Degree in Accounting, Civil Engineering, or a related field • Proactivity, strong organizational skills, clear and objective communication, teamwork, and a results-oriented mindset
