📋 Description

• Lead a squad responsible for the admissions journey, defining the product vision and strategy • Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and priorities • Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with company objectives • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions • Analyze data and metrics to inform product decisions and optimize outcomes • Develop and implement launch and go-to-market plans for new products and features • Facilitate alignment among stakeholders • Lead the team through the PI Planning process • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the squad • Work with the SCRUM/Jira Agile methodology

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field • Experience in product management within education or technology companies • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product management frameworks • Leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a dynamic, constantly changing environment • Data analysis and business intelligence skills • An MBA or product management certification is a plus
