📋 Description
• Manage relationships with assigned client accounts • Conduct onboarding calls, kickoff meetings, and regular client check-ins • Communicate campaign performance, updates, and recommendations to clients • Identify upselling and growth opportunities within accounts • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution • Maintain strong client satisfaction and retention
🎯 Requirements
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency (Mandatory) • Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral/American-style accent • Strong communication, sales, and client handling skills • Strong understanding of SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Web Development • Professional appearance and confidence on video calls • Ability to manage US-based clients professionally • Availability for 5:00 PM–2:00 AM PKT
