📋 Description

• Review product requirements and translate them into clear, well-structured test cases • Perform manual testing of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across web-based workflows • Execute functional and regression testing to confirm releases meet quality standards • Learn and progressively contribute to automated test scripts for stable, high-impact workflows • Validate data accuracy and integrity across life sciences and supply-chain workflows • Identify, document, and report defects with reliable reproduction steps • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure timely issue resolution and high-quality releases • Build and maintain test documentation, checklists, and knowledge repositories • Contribute ideas to improve testing processes, coverage, and automation

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Biological Sciences, including Biotech, Microbiology, Agriculture, Food Tech, Bioinformatics, or related fields • Fresher or up to 1 year of professional experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Aptitude and enthusiasm for learning test automation and basic scripting/programming • Ability to quickly learn and work with software platforms and digital tools • Good written and verbal communication skills • Curiosity about technology and eagerness to connect life-sciences knowledge with SaaS solutions • Six-day work model on alternate weeks; expected to work on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays each month • Preferred exposure to Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress • Preferred basic familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or Java • Awareness of QA fundamentals, test design techniques, and defect lifecycle • Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets, or basic exposure to SQL • Interest in life sciences, supply chain, or regulated enterprise software
