• Colony Display is searching for sales leaders in creating custom retail displays, fixtures, and commercial environments. • We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch products and services that transform spaces and enhance customer experience. • We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive sales growth within our target markets. • Servicing the northeastern United States you will play a key role in expanding our business across multiple product lines and services. • You’ll identify new opportunities to build relationships, and close deals to contribute to the overall success of our company. • This results-oriented position is perfect for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving sales growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on work experience. • Sales Pro: 7 to 10 years of Sales Management experience with a record of driving brand growth and sealing the deal. • Relationship Rockstar: Skilled in building connections, networking creatively and delivering standout presentations. • Tech-Savvy: Confident with Microsoft Office and Salesforce; familiarity with the store fixture or retail/apparel industries is a plus. • On the Move: Travel-ready to connect with clients and drive business growth. • Detail-Oriented Team Player: Eye for detail, positive mindset, and loves collaborating. • Fast-Paced Performer: Thrives in a dynamic environment with a can-do attitude. • Communication Champ: Excellent with words—written, spoken, and everything in between.
