📋 Description

• Acquisition of new patients in the clinical ENT (ear, nose and throat) sector • Strategic development and expansion of customer relationships with a focus on acquiring new patients in hospitals • Increase brand awareness of Atos Medical and the associated brands Provox and Tracoe • Identify and qualify potential top customers in the home care sales segment, taking current segmentation into account • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new key accounts • Identify and establish relationships with relevant KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) in ENT departments within the home care sector • Maintain regular exchange with KOLs about new developments and trends in the home care market • Leverage KOLs as multipliers for the company’s services • Territory analysis and planning in line with target objectives • Collect, analyze and interpret market, customer and competitor information • Participate in regional, national and international trade fairs and congresses

🎯 Requirements

• State-recognized qualification as a nurse or speech therapist is desirable • Experience in B2C sales conversations • Experience selling consultative systems and clinical concepts at multiple levels within hospitals and to clinical staff • Ideally, a degree in business administration or health sciences • Solid knowledge of the German healthcare system • Clinical knowledge with a focus on ENT is an advantage • Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation • Good analytical skills • Confident CRM and MS Office skills • Driver’s license Class B (car) • Willingness to travel (weekly, including overnight stays) • Good English skills
