📋 Description

• Field Leadership & Operational Support. • Conduct in-market visits and ride-alongs with sales teams. • Support direct sales and event marketing operations. • Provide real-time coaching to sales reps and leaders. • Reinforce execution standards, professionalism, and accountability. • Evaluate market performance and operational effectiveness. • Help improve team morale, energy, and culture. • Analyze sales trends and identify performance gaps. • Help partners with growth planning and forecasting. • Assist with territory optimization and market expansion initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of direct sales experience required. • Experience in door-to-door, events, telecom, wireless, fiber, solar, or other high-volume B2C sales environments strongly preferred. • Proven ability to coach, motivate, and influence sales teams. • Strong understanding of sales metrics, recruiting, and field operations. • Ability to travel regularly and work independently in the field.
