• 3+ years of experience in Tech (preference for startup experience at companies less than 50 employees) • Experience working with C-level leaders and have preliminary coaching in executive presence • Proactive problem solving attitude & good listener • Process-oriented (and don't let things slip through the cracks) • Highly metrics-driven and able to use multiple experiments to hit targets
