📋 Description

• Support assessment, design, configuration, migration, testing, and deployment of enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and sales transformation solutions • Support the Solution Architect in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and data migration requirements • Lead functional discovery sessions and document current-state processes and future-state requirements • Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend scalable, configuration-first solutions • Configure Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse tables, columns, relationships, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and business process flows • Define and document data migration scope, source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, validation rules, reconciliation criteria, and retention requirements • Coordinate trial migrations, mock conversions, data validation, reconciliation, and business-owner sign-off • Define requirements for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, AI-enabled processes, and integrations • Gather security, access, reporting, dashboard, forecasting, and analytics requirements • Develop functional testing strategies, test cases, UAT plans, defect records, and business sign-off activities • Support training, demonstrations, user adoption, change activities, go-live readiness, cutover, hypercare, and post-production stabilization • Participate in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, demonstrations, and retrospectives • Coordinate with onshore and offshore functional and technical teams • Serve as a trusted functional advisor to sales leaders, business users, data owners, and IT stakeholders • Communicate risks, dependencies, decisions, blockers, and recommendations to the Project Manager and Solution Architect • Maintain project documentation, training materials, cutover checklists, lessons learned, and post-go-live improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience delivering CRM, sales automation, or enterprise business application solutions • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement • Significant functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales • Experience as a Senior Functional Consultant or Functional Lead on enterprise implementations • Strong understanding of end-to-end sales processes, including lead management, opportunity management, pipeline management, forecasting, quoting, and order handoff • Experience gathering and documenting complex business requirements • Experience developing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, fit-gap analyses, and functional design documents • Experience gathering data migration requirements and producing source-to-target mapping documentation • Experience with data cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and business sign-off • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 integrations • Experience supporting Dynamics 365 integrations with ERP, marketing, finance, data, or third-party systems • Experience leading testing, UAT, training, cutover, and post-go-live support • Ability to work with business leaders, Solution Architects, Developers, Data Engineers, and Project Managers • Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, presentation, and problem-solving skills • Experience with Azure DevOps or a comparable Agile delivery platform • Preferred: enterprise assessments and modernization programs • Preferred: legacy CRM or Salesforce migrations to Dynamics 365 • Preferred: Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service, or Contact Center • Preferred: Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management or Business Central integrations • Preferred: Microsoft Copilot for Sales, Copilot Studio, and AI-enabled business processes • Preferred: Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and enterprise reporting • Preferred: global, multi-entity, multi-brand, or multi-territory organizations • Preferred: consulting or systems-integrator environment • Preferred: Microsoft FastTrack engagement practices • Preferred: regulated or data-sensitive industries • Preferred: mentoring junior Functional Consultants and Business Analysts • Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate; Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate; Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert; relevant Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Copilot, or Microsoft Fabric certifications
