• Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide • Close sales, work on prospecting, negotiation, presentation • Use product knowledge, build client relationships • Be detail-oriented when it comes to sales of products and services • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases • Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of proven B2B experience • Account Management experience preferred • Experience utilizing a CRM preferred (such as SalesForce) • A strong understanding of the sales/selling process • Open availability • A high school diploma or GED • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge • High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) • Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence
