📋 Description

• To promote our day-to-day commitment externally, we are looking for a Sales Manager who will help shape and organize the materials sales area and generate new leads. • You will be responsible for the sales channels that deliver our materials to potential customers, covering inquiries, consultation, and orders. • You identify potential new customers and approach them proactively. • You maintain customer relationships and gather feedback to proactively win follow-up projects and continuously improve our offering. • You organize site-to-site removal and reinstallation and expand our partner network. • You hold discussions and negotiate with manufacturers on the distribution of second-life materials and sustainable building products. • You ensure timely and accurate invoicing of projects.

🎯 Requirements

• You are a proactive doer with strong organizational and communication skills. • You have knowledge of building materials, e.g., from work in building materials retail, manufacturing, construction companies/contractors, or similar. • You are sales-oriented and have already gained professional experience in sales or a sales-related environment. • You can negotiate on equal terms and are persuasive and professional. • You are enthusiastic about our mission to transform the industry toward a consistent circular economy. • You have excellent written and spoken German and speak English at least at a conversational level.
