📋 Description

• Help people every day by taking calls, actively listening to understand customers' needs, and answering their questions. • Manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating through multiple systems. • Assist members with enrollment into the Medicare plan, disenrolling from their plan, processing claims regarding their plan, etc. • Successfully learn and navigate 30-40 systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be fluent in English & Spanish. • Excellent communication skills. • Successfully complete customer service assessment & typing test. • Keyboarding and software proficiency. • Great problem-solving skills. • Ability to effectively multi-task. • High school diploma, GED, or college degree. • Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program. • Successful completion of background check is required for this position.
