• Handle customer inquiries by phone and email — always friendly, professional, and solution-oriented • Advise on products and services tailored to customers' individual needs • Carefully maintain and update customer data in our systems • Actively contribute to customer satisfaction through competent, service-oriented communication
🎯 Requirements
• Very good German language skills (C1/C2) — written and spoken • Enjoy interacting with customers and communicating by phone • Interest in technology and a solution-oriented mindset • Reliability, motivation, and flexibility • Willingness to work long-term from a home office in Bursa, Türkiye
