📋 Description

• Communicate directly with clients and training participants regarding questions, revisions, issues, and classroom support • Identify client and training participant issues and escalate appropriately • Schedule and plan classroom facilities for classroom delivery and other events • Reserve and book classrooms and manage printing and shipping of materials • Schedule catering and request classroom AV and IS setup based on class delivery requirements • Assist clients with intake forms for logistics support and Learning Management System (LMS) data entry • Create and update training coordination and logistics checklists • Generate and distribute client learning reports, including rosters, learning completion and attendance, and survey results • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent experience • Developed proficiency in analytical or operational processes • Skills in a range of processes, procedures, and systems • Understanding of how teams integrate and work together to achieve company goals • Ability to complete atypical assignments within established procedures and practices • Ability to work with limited supervision • Ability to provide solutions to atypical problems based on existing precedents or procedures • Ability to exchange information and ideas effectively
