📋 Description

• Communicate directly with clients and training participants regarding questions, revisions, issues, and classroom support • Identify client and training participant issues and escalate appropriately • Schedule and plan classroom facilities for classroom delivery and other events • Reserve and book classrooms and manage printing and shipping of materials • Schedule catering and request classroom audio-visual and information-systems setup based on class delivery requirements • Assist clients with intake forms for logistics support and Learning Management System (LMS) data entry • Create and update training coordination and logistics checklists • Generate and distribute client learning reports, including rosters, learning completion and attendance, and survey results • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Requires vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent experience • Developed proficiency of analytical or operational processes • Developed skills in a range of processes, procedures, and systems • Ability to work within established procedures and practices with limited supervision • Ability to exchange information and ideas effectively • Ability to provide guidance and support to junior team members • Ability to communicate directly with clients and training participants • Ability to use Learning Management Systems (LMS) for data entry • Ability to comply with all policies and standards
