• Development and maintenance of planning and forecasting tools (30% of the time): Develop forecasting tools in collaboration with the data science team, size shift coverage and simulate available capacity; ensure tools are documented and continuously used by operations. • Governance of the S&OP cycle process (25% of the time): Execute the monthly S&OP cycle within SLAs, produce data and presentations, and keep SOPs and process flow mappings 100% up to date. • Monitoring and analysis of Operational Efficiency KR indicators (20% of the time): Update dashboards (forecast accuracy, adherence to plan, PA cost, slot occupancy) and produce a weekly variance report with root causes and recommendations. • Automation of alerts and operational processes (15% of the time): Develop functional alert automations covering schedule adjustments and roster deviations, working towards continuous improvement and Lean processes. • Data governance and metric reliability (10% of the time): Eliminate discrepancies between datasets for key metrics (productivity, cost, no-shows) in the team's tools and maintain up-to-date definitions documentation and a data dictionary.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or related fields; • Proven experience in the area; • Proficiency in Project Management; • Experience with SQL and data manipulation; • Knowledge of Python for analysis and automation; • Proficiency in BI tools such as Superset, Power BI or Tableau; • Solid understanding of S&OP and capacity planning; • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; • Availability to work hybrid in Rio de Janeiro (Botafogo) or São Paulo (Vila Olímpia).
• CAJU card: BRL 1,059.00 per month credit distributed across categories: Meals, Food, Mobility, Health, Home Office, Culture and Education; • Health plan AMIL S450 – APTO, with 30% copayment on consultations and exams and 40% PS; extendable to legal dependents (spouses and/or children up to 24 years old). Dependent costs are deducted via payroll. Cost per dependent: BRL 506.86 plus copayment. • Omni Saúde: For purchasing prescription medications.
