📋 Description

• Act as a Salesforce Functional Analyst, serving as the link between business areas, clients and technical teams. • Elicit, analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements. • Translate business needs into functional solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Sales Cloud. • Support the definition of solutions involving customer service processes, automations and digital journeys. • Specify functional requirements for Bots in Salesforce (Einstein Bot) and other service automation solutions. • Support initiatives involving Agentforce, contributing to improvements in agent productivity. • Produce documentation such as user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria and functional specifications. • Support the technical team during development by clarifying questions and ensuring adherence to requirements. • Participate in functional testing, user acceptance and support for go-live. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (development, QA, architecture, product, among others). • Work directly with clients to gather, understand and refine requirements, leading functional discussions and proposing solutions aligned with business objectives and the technical capabilities of the platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including: objects, fields and relationships; security (Profiles, Permission Sets, access rules); declarative automations (Flows, rules, validations). • Functional experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud. • Knowledge of Einstein Bot and service automation. • Familiarity with Agentforce and its application in service and productivity scenarios. • Experience producing functional documentation (user stories, flows, acceptance criteria). • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or similar). • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence or equivalents. • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with different stakeholders. • Experience specifying and implementing WhatsApp-based service solutions integrated with Salesforce (Service Cloud/Digital Engagement), including configuring channels, message templates and conversational flows. • Knowledge of the Meta for Developers platform and WhatsApp Business API (WABA), including template approval processes, usage policies and best practices for customer communications. • Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation projects involving WhatsApp, from requirements gathering through UAT and go-live. • Support integration between bots (Einstein Bot/Agentforce) and the WhatsApp channel, ensuring consistency in the customer conversational experience. • Proficiency with Salesforce Flow Builder for automating processes and business rules, developing automated solutions integrated with operational and service needs. • Experience defining routing and distribution strategies for service requests in Omni-Channel, considering skills, queues, priorities and routing criteria.
