• This is a remote position. • The HR Manager will enhance workplace culture through employee engagement, organizational development, and policy creation. • This role is responsible for implementing engagement strategies, developing organization-wide improvement initiatives, and ensuring policies support both compliance and company goals. • Job Timings: 3pm to 12am • Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead engagement programs to improve motivation and retention. • Implement change management and professional development programs aligned with business goals. • Create and update HR policies, ensuring compliance and promoting a positive workplace. • Oversee appraisals, providing tools for managers to evaluate and support team performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s or certification preferred). • 5+ years in HR with expertise in employee engagement, development, and policy. • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
