📋 Description

• Technical contact for demanding customers in high-tech, future-focused industries. • Assess new and complex customer inquiries for technical feasibility and economic viability. • Provide technical support from the design and concept phase through to series production readiness. • Develop manufacturing strategies that are optimal from both technical and economic perspectives, including make-or-buy decisions. • Manage technical coordination between Sales, Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Research & Development. • Assume final technical responsibility for complex products and assemblies. • Coordinate internal and external technical interfaces to ensure well-founded decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed qualification in mechanical engineering (e.g., HTL, University of Applied Sciences, Technical University). • Several years of professional experience in design engineering, product development, or special/custom machinery and plant engineering. • Practical experience in design, manufacturing, or joining technologies with a solid understanding of tolerances and technical feasibility. • Experience in project management or technical leadership of interdisciplinary teams. • Excellent CAD skills and experience with PDM, PLM, or ERP systems. • Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style with strong logical thinking skills. • High level of personal responsibility, hands-on mentality, and confident presence as a technical interface. • Business-fluent German and English.
