📋 Description

• Plan the monthly content calendar for Instagram accounts based on the editorial architecture and demand generation goals. • Lead testing cycles for formats and content pillars, making data-driven decisions. • Own account conversion rates and the lead journey, including bios, Stories, and direct messages. • Implement and operate conversation automation for lead qualification and delivery. • Conduct social listening and monitor trending topics relevant to the industry. • Read and analyze account data and turn insights into content decisions, with monthly reporting. • Partner with the internal team and freelancers to create scripts and captions for Reels, carousels, and Stories, from briefing through final approval. • Structure and maintain a partnership program with clients and industry influencers.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in social media, leading brand account strategy rather than focusing solely on execution. • Experience building and evolving editorial architecture, including content pillars, formats, cadence, and testing criteria. • Strong short-form video scripting and caption-writing skills, with a strong grasp of hooks, retention, and calls to action. • Advanced proficiency in Instagram’s native metrics and the ability to turn data into content-calendar decisions. • Experience directing video production from briefing through final approval, working with internal teams and freelancers. • Autonomy to plan, prioritize, and make decisions. • Preferred: experience in B2B or SaaS business models. • Preferred: experience with conversation automation and social listening applied to demand generation. • Preferred: experience with creator programs, collaborations, or customer advocacy. • Preferred: experience using AI in content production with strong quality standards.
