📋 Description

• Conduct financing contract processes for corporate real estate loans (PJ), ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements of financial institutions; • Prepare, organize and validate technical documentation required for contracting, such as the Project Summary Sheet (FRE), descriptive specifications (memorial descritivo) and standardized documents required by Caixa Econômica Federal (Caixa); • Submit, register and monitor processes with financial institutions, primarily Caixa Econômica Federal; • Track the status of analyses, resolve outstanding issues and interface with internal areas to collect required information; • Support the review and analysis of designs, budgets and schedules, ensuring consistency of submitted information; • Control and organize the flow of documents and processes, ensuring traceability and compliance; • Work collaboratively with areas such as Engineering, Projects and Credit to ensure smooth contracting stages; • Propose process improvements to increase efficiency and operational quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration or related fields); • Prior experience in real estate credit, focused on financing contracts for corporate clients (PJ); • Experience with associative plan processes, production support and on-plan transfer/disbursement processes; • Knowledge in preparing and analyzing technical documentation for corporate real estate financing (PJ); • Experience with Caixa Econômica Federal’s SIOPI banking system; • Ability to read and analyze construction/project drawings and specifications; • Intermediate Excel skills; • Availability to work on a temporary contract (6 months).
