📋 Description

• Analyze and estimate bulk studies, preparing construction costs to assess the feasibility of land acquisition; • Develop construction cost estimates for developed projects, ensuring cost performance in line with the company's parameters and designs; • Verify on-site that the costs validated in the preliminary budget are feasible based on the executive project, adopting strategies to improve construction progress and performance; • Advise the construction site on projects and costs to prevent potential execution errors, delays, and undue expenses; • Conduct cost studies to optimize and help determine the best project option.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required in Architecture and Urbanism or Civil Engineering; • Intermediate knowledge of Excel; • Experience working with construction budgeting; • Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD; • Knowledge of BIM is a plus; • SAP knowledge is desirable.
