📋 Description
• Resolve technical questions related to the operation of the services offered • Collaborate with and support fellow Support team members in resolving incidents • Ensure compliance with SLAs for case resolution • Identify priority levels for Support cases • Propose and lead improvements to Support processes
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years in Support-related roles • Demonstrated interest in technical fields and development/automation • Ability to influence and build effective working relationships • Experience working in agile environments • Intermediate SQL skills • Portuguese as primary language; advanced English and intermediate Spanish required
