📋 Description
• Ensure service delivery activities in Oracle platform exceed customer expectations • Provide timely guidance and solutions within Oracle ERP Cloud functional areas • Engage with business stakeholders for priority capture and progress updates • Support monthly and quarterly SOX requirements for compliance • Drive production service operations and improve support standards • Plan and perform regression testing for quarterly patching of SaaS applications
🎯 Requirements
• 5-7 years of experience with Oracle ERP applications • Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud • Knowledge of Oracle Financial modules including Localizations for Brazil • Fluent in Portuguese and English • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field
