📋 Description

• Prepare construction cost estimates, from quantity takeoffs through presentation to management. • Perform quantity takeoffs based on project drawings and specifications; • Compile project budgets based on provided designs, using Tenda cost databases; • Obtain quotations for atypical services without references in similar projects; • Conduct comparative studies between estimate versions; • Prepare a standardized cost presentation to explain the bases and assumptions used; • Review costs when necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or technologist diploma in Building Technology (Tecnólogo de Edificações), Civil Engineering, or Architecture and Urbanism; • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel; • Experience preparing construction budgets/estimates.
