📋 Description

• Perform monthly billing for Group Life insurance policies, accounting for additions, removals, and movements of insured lives. • Analyze and validate billing spreadsheets in Excel, identifying inconsistencies and discrepancies. • Monitor enrollment/registration changes that impact policy billing. • Liaise with brokers, the commercial team, collections, and technical areas to direct and resolve requests. • Strictly adhere to established processes, rules, and approval limits for the operation. • Ensure quality, accuracy, and focus in a high-volume operational environment. • Provide operational support through internal systems, portals, and digital channels.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed. • Intermediate English. • Intermediate Excel skills. • Knowledge of or prior experience with Group Life insurance. • Experience with policy billing, movement tracking, and operational routines. • Analytical profile with attention to detail, concentration, and discipline for repetitive, high-volume tasks.
