📋 Description

• Provide customer support focused on accounting processes, assisting with data interpretation, answering questions, and ensuring a consultative and efficient customer experience • Provide customer support focused on accounting-related questions • Provide guidance on accounting entries and reconciliations • Assist with the analysis of trial balances and financial statements • Answer questions about ancillary tax obligations • Identify and correct accounting inconsistencies • Ensure the quality and clarity of the guidance provided • Log and follow up on customer interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office • Knowledge of specific tax rules • Intermediate knowledge of accounting software • Strong knowledge of ancillary tax obligations • Basic knowledge of ICMS tax rate differential, advance tax payments, and ICMS tax substitution calculations • Ability to prepare accounting reports • Knowledge of tax legislation • Ability to analyze and prepare financial statements • Basic knowledge of the single-phase PIS and COFINS tax collection regime • Knowledge of ICMS legislation and state agreements • Knowledge of procedures for recording incoming and outgoing electronic invoices • Customer service experience • Knowledge of tax routines under the Simples Nacional and Presumed Profit regimes • Experience with omnichannel customer support tools • Intermediate skills in tax analysis and calculation • Knowledge of issuing service invoices, withholding taxes, service codes, and municipalities of taxation • Knowledge of ISS legislation and municipal and federal tax incentives, with an emphasis on service exports • Intermediate knowledge of the Fator R tax incentive • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or Business Administration
