📋 Description

• Support and maintain operational environments • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of environments based on microservices architecture • Administer and support Linux servers and environments, ensuring availability, stability, and performance • Troubleshoot incidents and problems in staging and production environments, identifying root causes and implementing solutions • Monitor environment health and propose continuous improvements to increase reliability and operational efficiency • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to align requirements and ensure delivery quality • Prepare and maintain technical documentation for environments and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology or a related field • Experience in production support and environment maintenance • Experience with Linux, log analysis, and troubleshooting • Knowledge of Azure Cloud, computing, monitoring, and service configuration • Experience with microservices and application integration • Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and Postman • Experience analyzing and resolving incidents and identifying root causes in production and staging environments • Basic understanding of infrastructure, networks, and communication between systems • Basic knowledge of relational databases • Analytical and investigative mindset • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Well organized, able to prioritize, and self-directed in problem-solving • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools: Elastic, Grafana, Kibana, or similar platforms • Knowledge of containers and orchestration: Docker and Kubernetes • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology or a related field
