📋 Description

• Provide technical support to customers on detailed and technical matters • Support customers with a focus on payroll and personnel administration processes • Handle customer inquiries via chat, focusing on payroll and personnel administration requests • Advise customers on payroll, hiring, termination, and vacation processes • Assist with reviewing labor-related calculations • Clarify questions regarding charges and contributions such as INSS, FGTS, and eSocial • Analyze and resolve inconsistencies related to payroll and personnel administration • Ensure high-quality, prompt, and accurate customer support • Log and monitor support tickets through to resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office • Knowledge of specific tax requirements • Intermediate knowledge of accounting software • Strong command of ancillary tax and regulatory obligations • Ability to prepare employment-related documents • Basic knowledge of payroll benefits administration • Basic knowledge of managing and reviewing events in eSocial and FGTS Digital • Knowledge of labor legislation • Basic knowledge of the monophase PIS and COFINS collection regime • Knowledge of ICMS legislation and state agreements • Knowledge of procedures for recording incoming and outgoing invoices • Customer service experience • Proficiency with customer service tools, including omnichannel platforms • Intermediate skills in tax analysis and assessment • Knowledge of issuing service invoices, tax withholdings, service codes, and municipalities of taxation • Knowledge of ISS legislation and municipal and federal tax incentives, with an emphasis on service exports • Intermediate knowledge of the Fator R tax incentive • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or Business Administration
