📋 Description

• Handle company incorporation, amendments, and dissolution/closure processes with Commercial Registries, Notary Offices, the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), the Federal Revenue Service, municipal authorities, and other agencies throughout Brazil • Handle municipal and state licensing processes and obtain permits and licenses throughout Brazil • Provide clients with support and guidance regarding the processes handled • Track filings, deadlines, requirements, and outstanding items, ensuring progress within the SLA • Analyze documents and information, identify inconsistencies, and make the necessary adjustments • Record and update processes in internal systems, ensuring organization and traceability • Resolve critical cases and situations requiring additional attention, contributing to operational quality and efficiency • Ensure the quality of Legalization processes, identify and resolve issues, reduce recurring failures, and optimize efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office • Experience handling company incorporation, corporate amendments, and company dissolution/closure processes • Basic knowledge of quality tools such as PDCA, the 5 Whys, and verification checklists • Basic understanding of data creation and analysis • Basic knowledge of creating internal and external audits • Basic understanding of metrics such as NPS, CSAT, Average Handling Time (AHT), and Average Wait Time (AWT) • Basic understanding of technology tools such as AI and RPA • Basic understanding of process mapping, documentation, and improvement identification • Basic knowledge of creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), standardizing manual procedures, and developing flowcharts • Experience communicating with public authorities and filing processes with government agencies • Intermediate experience with legislation and regulatory standards • Experience drafting corporate agreements, including meeting minutes, bylaws, and articles of association • Analytical experience with legalization processes • Experience analyzing regulatory impacts • Basic skills in incorporating and amending holding companies • Basic knowledge of CNAE classification and application • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
