📋 Description

• Support the commercialization of the company's products, such as receivables financing (advance of receivables), corporate credit, and negotiations, using available communication channels for individuals and corporate clients. • Prospect B2B clients to offer corporate credit products. • Conduct preliminary review of customer documentation, register proposals in the system, and forward them for analysis by other departments or service providers. • Support the definition of commercial strategies by providing the squad with operational inputs. • Propose innovative solutions and updates to improve the customer experience. • Support the implementation and definition of Commercial area processes, contributing to the creation and definition of sales practices, process flows, customer approaches, and other related activities. • Provide post-sales service (outbound and inbound), answering questions and guiding customers through the sales process. • Record sales information in internal controls and make it available for consultation and management monitoring. • Present sales results to other company departments. • Support the immediate supervisor on matters related to the area, presenting and discussing issues and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions to be taken. • Perform activities according to operational procedures. • Stay updated on new procedures and processes related to the area. • Carry out actions that promote continuous improvement of the Company's process performance. • Participate in training when required, dedicating effort to achieve the desired performance. • Perform other related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field, completed or in progress. • Previous experience in selling financial products is desirable. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Knowledge of credit products and financial certifications is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proactive profile with strong negotiation and persuasion skills. • Strong organizational, planning, and critical analysis skills.
