📋 Description

• Central point of contact for customers in our parking facilities, handling inquiries quickly and professionally • First point of contact for customers in the parking facilities and assistance with operating the payment machines • Help with issues and direct contact for technical challenges in the parking garage • Documenting malfunctions in the parking garages and initiating measures for troubleshooting

🎯 Requirements

• Career changers welcome who enjoy customer contact and have good technical understanding • Excellent communication skills, persuasive expression, and the ability to remain calm under stress • Customer-oriented, independent, and responsible • Initiative and team spirit • Flexible availability and willingness to work shifts in a 2- or 3-shift rotation, including weekends (with attractive, tax-free allowances) • Good German language skills and basic English; additional languages are a plus
