📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement tailored ServiceNow solutions focused on ITSM, ServOps, and Asset Management • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions • Customize and enhance ServiceNow applications and workflows • Develop client-side and server-side scripts and seamless integrations • Ensure security, data protection, and compliance standards • Manage the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and maintenance • Develop and maintain technical documentation • Conduct code reviews and improve development practices • Mentor and support junior developers • Stay current with ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with expertise in ITSM, ServOps, and Asset Management modules • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow development practices, including client-side and server-side scripting, application UI configuration, and custom application development • Certifications in ITSM, ServOps, and Asset Management ServiceNow modules highly regarded • Proven experience working with workflows in one or more of ITSM, ITOM, PPM, CSDM, or HRSD • Solid experience with JavaScript, Glide Script, and AngularJS/HTML/CSS • System integration experience using web services and technologies including XML, HTML, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) mandatory • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) optional • Other ServiceNow certifications or micro-certifications optional
