• Deliver ServiceNow enhancements, configurations, and backlog items aligned to sprint priorities and business objectives • Design and build custom REST API integrations with external systems in alignment with the platform architecture • Implement AI-enabled development practices and leverage the ServiceNow AI stack, including Now Assist and Predictive Intelligence, to improve solution quality and efficiency • Partner with the Solution Architect and stakeholders to design scalable, best-practice ServiceNow solutions • Apply automation principles to improve speed, quality, and delivery efficiency across the backlog • Support sprint execution, including development, peer review, testing, deployment preparation, and continuous platform improvement • Participate in sprint ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives • Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and adherence to the Team Working Agreement • Provide technical guidance and code reviews for Senior Developers; serve as a point of escalation for complex development challenges • Take ownership of complex integrations and high-priority backlog items requiring architectural alignment
• 9–12 years of ServiceNow development experience • 6–9 years of ServiceNow development experience for Senior Developer • Strong hands-on development skills in ServiceNow, including Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and REST API integrations • Solid understanding of ITSM module configuration and platform governance principles • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams with Jira or similar tools • Familiarity with AI-enabled ServiceNow features (Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence) • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in complex, customized environments • Experience with both ITSM and CSM modules — preferred as the engagement may expand to CSM in a future phase • Prior exposure to large enterprise or regulated industry environments (healthcare, medical devices, or similar) • ServiceNow micro-certifications or badges in AI, Now Assist, or automation features • Certified System Administrator (CSA) — Required • Certified Application Developer (CAD) — Required • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) — ITSM — Preferred • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) — CSM — Advantageous
