📋 Description

• Respond to and resolve customer questions, requests, and issues via written channels such as email and chat • Record and track interactions, ensuring appropriate follow-up and timely resolutions • Collect and relay customer feedback and suggestions, providing relevant insights to the Product team • Meet and exceed performance targets defined by the support strategy, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer support • Familiarity with success metrics such as CSAT, TMA (Average Handling Time) and TME (Average Waiting Time) • Knowledge of customer support tools (Zendesk, Movidesk, Blip, HubSpot) • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress • Plus: experience in HRTechs or technology companies focused on HR solutions
