📋 Description

• Work on Agent Force solutions focused on Service Cloud. • Implement Agent Force, create flows, develop integrations with legacy systems (both flow and code), and establish validation rules according to technical and functional requirements. • Perform unit and integration tests, ensuring delivery quality. • Ensure version control of deliverables in the client's repository.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Agent Force • General knowledge of Salesforce Core and Service Cloud • LWC (Lightning Web Components) • Integrations • Apex classes, Flows, and Triggers • Validation Rules • Ability to synthesize information and communicate effectively with users and the team • Salesforce: Service Cloud • Salesforce: Apex/Triggers • Desired / Advantageous: Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
